  Students of Sadeeqa’s Learning System (SLS) Montessori and High School, Advanced Montessori and class one Harley Street held a special morning assembly on English Language Day, says a press release. The half an hour assembly was amazing having performances of different sections of class, one about the English Day and its importance in an effective way. On stage one by one performances were performed which included short poems, a short skit and dance.  Firstly the children came one by one giving information on English Day, when and where it is celebrated. The next was a short skit in which some students showed they bought a laptop and it was in English, thus the kids who did not know English could not operate the laptop.  The children dressed up as bee, caterpillar and bird performed on their poem from their English book.   School Children Pledge to Save Wildlife Students of Sadeeqa’s Learning System (SLS) Montessori and High School, Junior Section Lalazar held a special morning assembly to spread awareness about protecting wildlife, says a press release. The school ground was decorated in different shades of green giving it a jungle like look and the stage backdrop added more color to it. A group of students dressed up as the inhabitants of jungle welcomed the parents and guests by dancing on the ‘Jungle Rhythm.’ The one hour programme was full of thought provoking skits, song presentations and students sharing information which they delivered on the stage one by one.   SLS students mark Eradication of Poverty Day Rawalpindi All campuses of SLS Montessori and High School recently celebrated International Day for the Eradication of Poverty, says a press release. Students of SLS, Westridge Campus celebrated this day by holding a special morning assembly, highlighting the concept and causes of poverty and solutions to eradicate it from the society. The one hour programme started off when a group of students performed on a skit dressed up as king and queen. The stage was divided into two kingdoms to differentiate the brutal king from the kind hearted queen. The storyline was plotted to give the concept of helping the poor and needy.   Community Spirit Week marked at SLS Rawalpindi  : All campuses of Sadeeqa’s Learning System (SLS) Montessori and High school, celebrated Community Spirit Week with great enthusiasm, says a press release. SLS Montessori and High school Harley Street Junior Branch also held a special morning assembly in this regard. The morning assembly started off with the morning prayer followed by skits and several short performances and presentations about Community Spirit; its importance and effects on society.
