With the growing advancements in every field of life mode of communication has been made easier by the help of wireless technology. This advancement keeps on emerging and evolving day by day, thus recreating the face of education in much modernized ways. 

The year 2020 brought major challenges all over the world in the form of COVID-19. Lockdown occurred in many of the countries consequently compelling people to stay at home during this pandemic in order to stay safe. However, advanced wireless technology lets people work from home and make students take their classes online via mobile devices like e-readers, notebooks, netbooks, smartphones, and tablets like iPads. This lockdown was a genuine challenge for many of the institutions, teachers, and students who were still not known by the fact of taking classes and giving lectures online. Owing to this fact, the wireless technology running by electromagnetic waves made it all happen successfully. Radio waves (Bluetooth) and infrared light waves (IrDA) are used also in this wireless system to connect with each other. 

Institutions (are using) (bought and manufactured) highly integrated software to take classes, quizzes, and assessments of students online. Teachers used to monitor the students' progress via different tools in many effective ways. Students are using this wireless technology to connect to their mentors in different regions all over the world. Moreover, this pandemic did not cause students to stop exploring the world. They were still able to be part of national and international training, conferences, journals, seminars, and events. This was all made happen with the advanced satellite communication system. 

Thesis Statement: 

Wireless technology has had broad applications in remote education in recent years, and many institutions are now having modern tools developed to monitor and increase students' interests in their studies. In this essay, the utilization of wireless technology in online education is going to be investigated briefly.

Over many years, conventional modes of education were used in many of the institutions. No matter what, students were forced to walk into their institutions to attend their respective classes. Certainly, many of them missed some important workshops/seminars that they wished to take for many years because institutions were not equipped with modern communication facilities. With the emerging technologies, so far the 21st century has stepped into the robotic era using artificial intelligence. As a result, systems and organizations are improved according to their needs and technological demands. Moreover, the educational institutions upgraded themselves up equipping and maintaining new installations, thus meeting up technology-rich requirements. Nowadays, remote education is becoming more common than traditional classrooms; hence people are now more comfortable taking classes online than walking all the way to institutions for education.

Nowadays hi-tech software programs and social media platforms are available which intensify students’ interests in education in many efficient ways. Web-conferencing software programs give space for virtual meetings where pupils can log in concurrently and talk about a given specific topic (Ke fu & Hwang, 2018). There, they can talk and debate, present, and discuss their ideas and projects with their teachers. Students can connect to their mentors all over the world regardless of the location using audio, or video in real timelapse within microseconds not even physically being together with the help of these programs. Furthermore, Using social media sites, students can produce digital content and connect with people related to their studies and respective fields (Ke fu & Hwang, 2018). Therefore, students doing research work use digital media to showcase their ideas and projects to their supervisors sitting abroad. The digital content uploaded on social sites has the power to travel around the globe in just a few seconds. As a result, within moments it reaches its potential reach. Therefore, one can convey his message much productively without a single delay in time through the use of wireless technology. These software programs and social media platforms give students an edge to connect to their teachers thus keeping their interests in studies since they can communicate to their teachers very easily with the help of wireless technology.

Use of mobile devices by students

It is no surprise that the employment of cellular connectivity to take education increases the interests of young people towards studies. They want to learn from mobile technology that is convenient for them to use because they are much familiar with the use of technology in their daily lives. Students are positive about the ways of learning because they think the use of mobile devices will transform their learning environment (West 2013).  They can log in from their mobile phones any time anywhere while sitting in their rooms without the hassle of going out. In addition to this, the integration of technology is a great way to reach diversity in learning styles (Kanika Budhwar, 2017). Since it is much easy for them to take notes from wherever they want either in written material from chrome or other internet explorers or taking tutorials from famous YouTube by Google explorer. With the help of mobile devices, one can read the respective material to any topic and can download it anytime. The carrying of mobile devices is easy as compare to personal computers as it takes less space, it is lightweight and can be placed in any bag or pocket of any dress and one can study with more interest and ease. 


Multi-media Tools

Cellular connectivity improves learning and develops students’ interest in many ways through multi-media tools. Therefore, better collaboration and communication is possible. Teachers successfully deliver lectures using these tools which are understandable for students maintaining the absorption in the lectures. Moreover, topics can be fleshed out with a series of emails, presentations, chat sequences, or even audio files. These tools enable editing, sharing, and storing the files more effectively via different systems and software applications. Students can download the material and upload it on dropbox without the usage of computer memory. Khalil (2004) says that students can now access their notes and information in digital libraries and they can submit their assignments as well as check their grades by communicating with their teachers and classmates anywhere anytime through this Wireless communication technology. Furthermore, teachers can have preferred learning styles for their students while presenting the lessons since teachers know the intellectual level of each student so they can prepare lessons according to each student requirement by using the multimedia applications and advanced tools so that each student can have a better understanding and knowledge about a certain topic. 

Teachers can create attractive presentations for students via different tools (Kahbi et al, 2017). As a result of this, students can pick out topics, flashcards, videos, etc, according to their needs on their devices without having to pay for hard notes in real timelapse. Teachers can track the progress of students within minutes and grade them accordingly and can give them real-time feedback through wireless tools. This quick response and monitoring by teachers are very useful in maintaining students’ interests in studies.

As all the learning processes are getting virtual day by day, the software developers create applications that build interest of the students in studies as they grasp tedious concepts in interesting ways, consequently retaining in their minds for a longer period of time. Software houses are designing educational applications for users with special needs. Since they are user-friendly applications, they are much easy to operate. They aim to help in the design and development of learning activities (López et al, 2012). As these applications are full of activity cum games, and lessons for kids in the form of stories by which they can understand their concepts much easier. 3D illustrations and animations are created by highly developed graphics software that makes the delivery of lessons much colorful and attractive. Students, who were not able to absorb difficult notions, now easily see videos and animations and can study and learn, and can reflect for a longer-term. Hence by the use of wireless technological applications, their interest in concepts that were difficult to master is also maintained for a longer period of time.

In this mechanized era, the training of scientific disciplines is the foundation of creating empirical minds while following their interests and aspirations towards science education. Keeping this in mind, STEM programs are implemented in many of the countries (Mayorova et al, 2017). As a result, the high-school students from many institutions are becoming a part of these Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics activities by the use of virtual classrooms which are being run with the help of wireless technology. Visualization and interaction techniques are being applied in these e-learning scientific training. Since, the wireless technology applications such as skype connect students from all over the world allowing them to communicate with each other, showcase their scientific projects, and get to know each other significantly.


This enhances the critical ability of students making them discover their abilities and making them curious about things by seeing the projects of other students. They can use their intellectual minds for problem-solving and can answer what, when, how, where, why in effective ways, and therefore enhancing their focusing skills and excelling in their professions. Furthermore, this implementation of scientific education by using modern wireless tools, challenges teachers as well, as they can take international training through online programs and can learn from international standards in order to enhance their skills and learn from international teachers about new innovations in STEM projects to convey concepts much efficiently into the young brains. 

Therefore, it has been made much easier for everyone to get benefited from the technology together with virtual reality experience and to be a dynamic part of this mechanized world in interesting ways.

The use of wireless technology can help teachers in maintaining the interest of students in education.  Budhwar (2017) stated that technology helps teachers to prepare students for the real-world environment. They can introduce their students to new concepts, applications, and programs through which students can have interactive access to the world as students of all grades can have access to information globally and can learn things in their own way and their own preferred learning methods.

 By the use of wireless technology, they can have a greater level of interaction with people from all walks of life with dynamic skills without having potential language barriers with the help of amazing translation applications. This satellite communication is also the cause of social learning and understanding of different cultures as well. Moreover, distances are no more barriers in connecting world-wide. Naturally, skills and abilities increase as they explore things using their own capabilities. Additionally, engagement, personalized learning, and collaboration in the field of education have become easier by the use of mobile technology by maintaining their interests.

Wireless Technology has a vital role in online education. Institutions can build students' interests in studies using wireless technology as the use of Hi-tech software and social media platforms intensified students' interests in digital education in many efficient ways. Moreover, modern multimedia tools enable teachers to deliver lectures effectively and they can make quick assessments and give grades in real-time. Through this students also have the advantage of personalized learning. The software developers create applications which are user friendly by which they can understand their concepts very easily in interesting ways. All this is made happen with the use of wireless technology. In addition to this, the integration of technology is creating diversity in personalized learning styles and collaboration in the field of education.


In coming years the use of wireless technology is going to grow widely. For this purpose, Institutions need to develop new approaches and advance technologies. High-speed connections are to be made to speed up connectivity to take maximum advantage of educational purposes. To achieve the full benefit of technology, there should be the availability of cell towers, mobile devices, and wi-fi connections in all places, even in rural areas. Moreover, there should be an advancement in digital Infrastructure through this digital content shall expand widely. Naturally, by using advanced tools by these developments, delivery of lessons shall be done more effectively.
